The first time you volunteer at LDS Hospital you print out the Volunteer Application (click here), fill it out, and bring it with you when you come to the hospital. Give the application to Elaine, the secretary for the Volunteer Office, (first floor, northwest corner) and she will keep it for their files. You sign in at the 4th Floor nurse's station in the Hearts That Heal Notebook. |
Available Performance Times:
Nurses Station — Monday thru Friday: 10 a.m.- 7 p.m
Hall Alcove 1 — Monday thru Friday: 10 a.m.- 7 p.m
Room to Room — Monday thru Friday: 3:00p - 5:00p
Rehab Unit (4th Floor) — Monday thru Friday: 8:00a - 7:30p (excluding Wednesday: 4:30p - 6:00p)
