To volunteer at Davis Hospital and Medical Center, please follow these instructions:
1. Contact Rebecca Chase (801-807-7003) to schedule a performance time.
2. Print the volunteer application (click here).
3. Have your teacher sign the application if you’re under 18 years old.
4. Bring the application with you the first time you play.
5. Take the application to the volunteer office and ask for Rebecca Fuentas.
6. Rebecca will show you where to sign in for future visits (in the volunteer room next to Information Desk)
7. Check with the volunteer at the desk to make sure the volume level is ok.
8. Don’t be offended if they ask you to play softly. Some of them are hard of hearing and they need to be able to converse with the patrons who have questions without distractions.
